Our Rare range is about celebrating exceptional coffees that offer something different from your average morning brew. Be that an unusual processing technique, a new varietal or just some extraordinary tasting notes!

We source our Rare coffees from small, independent farmers who are passionate about producing the best possible coffee. We then roast them lightly and delicately to best showcase the individuality of these micro-lots. This means that our Rare coffees are best enjoyed black, with slow filter brew methods like pour-over or French press.

Expect fruit bombs, boozy brews and experimental flavour.
