Speciality coffee is a term used to describe premium coffee beans that have been scored against the traditional cupping method as used by the coffee industry. That's what we here at Rave Coffee use, a very high quality raw coffee bean. The coffee is grown in ideal microclimate conditions, often at altitude giving the coffee a very distinctive flavour. The speciality grade is met by only 1% of the world's coffee production meaning that you have something very special in your cup.

Our espresso blends have been specially developed for milk based espresso drinks. The blends mix single origins, from around the globe, to balance their characteristics and flavours. They are batch roasted daily to guarantee freshness.
