Payment Method

All prices quoted on this website are in UK pounds and include VAT where applicable but do not include delivery charges. Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro cards and PayPal account.

We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as we can. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal payment system, a secure online payment provider that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Please see our Privacy policy for full details.

Delivery

Delivery is to UK only, for International postage please contact us directly. Items will be posted to the address received during your PayPal checkout process.

We aim to dispatch your coffee within 24 hours although certain small volume speciality coffee's are only roasted on certain days of the week, if there is a delay we will try to notify you of this at the time of order.

Delivery Charges

Roasted coffee shipping charges

Parcels under 2 kg will be sent via Royal Mail and the price will be calculated during checkout.
Parcels over 2 kg will be sent via Parcel Force.

Delivery is Free for orders over £25

Coffee Machines and Grinders

Postage and packaging will be quoted at time of order and may not qualify for free delivery.

Returns

Damaged or Incorrect orders

If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then Rave Coffee offers a replace or refund policy, please contact us to arrange return of the goods.

Change of mind
If you have changed your mind and the items are unsuitable then please contact us within 7 days to arrange an exchange or refund of your goods. For a refund you will incur a carriage charge for the returned goods and also the exchange items. Please note that exchanges and refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 10 working days for this process.

All shipping back to Rave Coffee is to be paid for by the customer. We recommend that your carrier gives you a ‘proof of delivery’ as Rave Coffee cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
