One of finest Rainforest Alliance coffees from El Salvador – classified as a strictly high grown coffee, on average grown at about 1,250 meters above sea level.

All the coop members are involved not only in producing outstanding coffees but also actively working to improve the situation of their community.

After the coffee crisis, which badly hit the members of the community, the coop started to diversify its production. Now they produce a range of mixed crops, oranges, plantain and bananas which act as shade for the coffee. This shade is a mixture of native and introduced varieties of fruit trees.
