Single shot of espresso coffee with a rich crema served in a 70-90 ml demitasse cup \ glass and saucer. 25 - 30 ml extracted within 25 - 30 seconds through 7 to 11 g coffee.
(Ristretto 10 - 15 ml extracted in 15 - 20 sec)
(Doppio / double espresso 50 - 60 ml extracted through 14 to 22 g of coffee)
Single shot of espresso marked in the center of the crema with a spoon of steamed milk, served in a 70-90 ml demitasse cup and saucer. Depending on customer preference either a spoon or a small pour of silky steamed milk.
Single shot of espresso filled to the top with silky steamed milk with 10ml of foam, served in a 70-90 ml glass with saucer.
Fill cup 3/4 full with hot water and top with a double shot ristretto, use a full single shot if too strong. Serve in a 170 - 220 ml cup with saucer. Customer may ask for cold milk on the side.

Single shot of espresso filled to the top with silky steamed milk with 15 ml of foam dusted with chocolate powder or sprinkles , served in a 170 - 220 ml Cappuccino mug with saucer.
Heaped teaspoon of chocolate powder topped with a single shot of espresso, mix and fill to the top with silky steamed milk with 15 ml of foam dusted with chocolate powder or sprinkles, served in a 170 - 220ml Cappuccino mug with saucer.
Add chocolate powder and top to half way with steamed milk. Mix and dust with chocolate powder making sure dust hits sides of glass. Fill to the top with silky steamed milk with 15 ml of foam dusted with chocolate powder or sprinkles , served in a 170 - 220 ml glass with saucer.
A 70 - 90 ml demitasse cup 3/4 filled with warm (not hot) milk and heaps of foam on top. Dust with chocolate powder. Serve on a saucer with spoon and optional marshmallow.
Add fresh spice bag or powder and fill to the top with silky steamed milk with 10 ml of foam, served in a 170 - 220 ml cup with saucer. Optional dust with cinnamon powder.
