Our coffee roastery is fully equipped with commercial grade equipment. This is where we provide training for the complete novice through to the experienced Barista.
Our Baristas have trained and worked in the mature and sophisticated Australian coffee culture meaning not only are we experienced retailers but have trained with some of the best baristas in the business.
Courses cover, in depth, all of the aspects of espresso coffee making using modern barista techniques. Training also encompasses the preparation of the full coffee menu.
Training can be group based or one on one for a more personal touch.
